How can I enter Morocco?

During the Covid 19 crisis the Moroccan government decided on the following requirements to enter the country as a tourist:

For entry into Morocco, the Government of Morocco classifies counties into “List A” and “List B“.

What do I have to provide to enter Morocco coming from a country List A

 A certificate of vaccination or a negative PCR test of at least 72 hours before the date of entry.

Confirmed hotel reservation ( SunDesk booking confirmation )

✓ Filled in and printed Passenger Locator Form / Covid 19 health information

 

What do I have to provide to enter Morocco coming from a country List B ? 

 A certificate of vaccination and a negative PCR test of at least 48 hours before the date of entry.

✓ If not fully vaccinated,  a 10-day quarantine on arrival is mandatory.

What are the local restrictions in place ( Until the 10th of October ) ?

✓ The Government of Morocco has extended the country’s “Health State of Emergency” until October 10, 2021.

✓ A nationwide curfew between the hours of 09.00 pm – 4.30 am

✓ Wearing a face mask is mandatory in most public areas

 

Covid 19 testing 

PCR and/or antigen tests available in Morocco. The cost for the test is typically around 700 Dirhams.

✓ Results can be provided electronically and are usually available within 24 hours.

Cancellation terms

For a flexible booking experience

Free cancellation is provided in case of border closure.

Free rebooking is provided in case of a Coronavirus infection or mandatory quarantine.

Non-COVID-related terms:

3 weeks or more from holiday start date = Full refund
20 – 14 days before holiday start date = 70% refund
13 – 4 days before holiday start date = 50% refund
Less then 3 days to holiday start date = No refund

These are the guidelines in place, SunDesk welcomes you during the hygiene crisis.

Physical distancing

We implement physical distancing measures throughout the hotel. We are also enlarging the spaces between seats and tables to ensure a maximum distance. Our office capacity is reduced by 50% to 8 workstations.s.

Increase cleaning and disinfecting
Our cleaning and disinfecting frequency is increased throughout the coliving space focusing on high-touch items.
Sanitizing stations
In all public areas (office, public toilets, communal kitchen, terrace etc.) dispensers with virus-suitable disinfectants are available
Disinfect boxes in all communal areas
We placed “disinfection boxes” in the office. Guests can disinfect used stationary items after every use.
Disinfect frequently high touch items
We provide regular intensive cleaning of contact surfaces such as key cards, door handles, light switches etc.
Rooms and linens
We implement intensive hygiene measures when cleaning rooms after each stay. All our linens are washed at a high temperature for optimal disinfection.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Our breakfast is offered individually packaged and we serve other grab-and-go food options.
Food safety
We adhere to strict safety procedures while serving all food and beverages.
Coffee machines and kitchen
We frequently clean and disinfect coffee machines and the entire kitchen area.
Team training
Our team members received a comprehensive hygiene and prevention training program.
